1. Is there any non prescription post visit remedy I could take? I don't know something to lower the risk to be taken just before or after?
no - unfortunately not - washing, mouth wash etc are all ineffective in terms of avoiding an STD if there is one present in the first place.
2. How risky is this? Should I be doing some tests and if so can I do that anonymously?
I don't actually think it is particulalrly risky - obviously partly depends on the circumstances, the escort, alcohol etc etc but in general I think it doesn't carry a much higher risk than fairly promiscuous activity with non escorts. I think it would be wise to test for chlamydia and gonorrhoea and NSU from your penis and also chlamydia and gonorrohoea from your throat periodically as a precaution - but again, it doesn't make me terribly anxious
3. Is there a riks for my next partner?
only if you have a disease that you haven't identified by testing etc - bear in mind that often, as you suggest, the only way to clearly identify an STD is to test.
