You have been very selective and a little naughty in the way you have quoted so as to give an impression which I do not think was intended in the pamphlet you quote.
Yes, HIV will transmit via vaginal fluids, menstrual blood etc - BUT there has to be a significant exposure for a significant period of time - ie through intercourse or prolonged contact.
The events you describe do not rate as significant in either respect.
