After reading the description of this incident, I can assure you that it does not pose any risk to you at all whatosever. No need to worry and no need to have any tests. You would need to have a considerable amount of blood gaining access into your blood stream through an open bleeding wound; and even so, most viruses, including HIV, would not survive outside of the body for very long.
