Acute HIV seroconversion symptoms start approximately between 2 to 6 weeks after infection, lasting less than 10 days. 90% of people would always develop a high fever with a generalised rash (all over body, especially trunk), sore throat and palpable lymph nodes in neck, armpits and groins. This is not what you describe, so please do not worry.
