Default Please help

I am really concerned and confused. I have recently started dating a new guy and we have agreed to both get a sexual health check up. He did advise that he has had once recently however would go again.
He also did point out that a year ago he was offered the vaccine against Hep B, it did not take so he was give it again but a double dose. When returning to the clinic he was told that it hadn't taken again.

My concern is if his body does not produce antibodies in the Hep B vaccine test, then is his negative results for all the tests of Hep b and C, HIV and Syphillis false? How can his body not produce antibodies for the Hep B vaccine and then trust the negative result if his body isn't producing antibodies, could he have the infections if his body isn't producing antibodies?

Please help as I am cautious about entering int a sexual relationship if there is no way of finding out if these results are accurate

Hi thanks for your reply does that mean then that even his body does not produce antibodies for Hep B Vaccine his body does produce antibodies for all other sexual health tests including Syphillis, HIV.

If so are these different types of antibodies indent understand how one can get no antibodies for a vaccine yet can get antibodies for stds
