Hi Can u advise me please- I have just noticed lots of red/brown flexks in my semen when I ejaculate.
No pain in testicles, or urinating or any other symptoms. but it is frightening...

This sounds like haemospermia, which means blood in semen. If this happens every time you ejaculate, it needs to be investigated further. It is a common symptom of an infection, usually in the prostate, but it could also be something more serious. My advice to you, would be to go and see your GP, explain the symptoms and your GP might prescribe some antibiotics. However if the symptoms continue after the treatment, you would need to see a urologist.
