Hey docs, If you push and mess with healthy lymph nodes can it cause them to swell? - I had one in my upper groin area that felt like a pee and it moves and does not hurt when i touch it. However, I have been messing in the area where the leg and the crotch meet constantly and then the day after i was messing there i have these sore small hard tender lumps. Are these swollen lymph nodes? Have they swollen because of a possible HIV infection? or because i was messing with them?

Yes, you can. It sounds like you have been messing up too much with your lymph nodes. It is not related to HIV. If you keep touching them, thay can become tender and get larger. If they persist, a doctor should have a look.
You need to stop doing that!
