Hey doctors, I had a pneumonia injection yesterday and ever since my arm has been aching, I have not hand any sleep i have a really bad headache and i feel sick as a dog. Is it normal to get these sort of symptoms?

The Pneumovax (Pneumonia immunisation) is associated with many side effects, such as the ones you mention. They will only last for a few days; there is no need to worry. They should have warned you about those possible side effects!
