My tonsills have have been irritating me on and off for a while now. I'v had tonsillitis before and this is a bit different. It dosn't hurt when I swallow they just feel inflamed and i get a bit tired when they are. I have no fever either. The irritating thing is i feel fine for a few days or a week and it comes back again. I don't know if it's related by I also get pains in my ear.

Sore throats are very common and mostly viral. If your symptoms persists, you would need to have a thraot swab and a blood test.
