Smile Tiredness

I have been noticing that I am tired alot not to the point I cant function.

I just want to know what is the best way to boost your energy.

New Year resolution keep my body healthy ... problem have no clue.

It might be a good idea for you to have a general blood test in order to exclude any underlying cause for your tiredness, so that it can be treated specifically. In general terms, if you want to boost your energy, it is a simple regime of lifestyle changes and common sense, including improving diet, increasing regular exercise, reducing stress and alcohol consumption, improving quality of sleep and also taking a combination of vitamin and mineral supplements, etc.

I would suggest a full haematology and biochemistry profile, including FBC, ESR, U&E, LFT, TFT, Glucose, Iron, Cholesterol, etc. They are usually known as General Well Person Profiles.

Red face Blood Test

Do you do these tests.

I will change my diet first I dont eat particually well and hardly excersise.

If no changes then I will get the test, its not servere tiredness.
