I keep getting these white raised spots surrounding by the skin being red, now and then on my skin, i wanted to enclosed a pic to show you. Have u any idea what it could be?

I am afraid it is almost impossible for me to give you a possible diagnosis without having a proper look. Are they itchy? painful? How long have you had them for? Where in your body are they? They sound like simple acne spots or perhaps folliculitis? However I cannot really tell. My advice is for you to see a doctor at your earliest convenience.
