Yesterday evening I had en encounter with a sex worker.

My intention was to get a handjob, as I know that is safe - however, we had a misunderstanding, and she though I wanted an unprotected blowjob.

I realised what was about to happen and stopped her (I am trying to avoid being too graphic): she told me that she did not touch me with her mouth, but I cannot exclude that she might have touched my penis tip momentarily with her mouth (lips or tongue, I would think) before I jumped back. It all happened in a flash - she certainly did not lick the organ or take it in her mouth.

Of course I understand that you were not there so you cannot tell.

She went on to give me a handjob and it ended there.

Assuming that she actually did "hit" my penis with her lips or tongue for, say, a second, what should I do in terms of STD testing, if at all?

Hello,
I do not beleive that something like that would have put you at risk of contracting any STDs. You would have needed to have received a proper blow job. No need to worry at all whatsoever.
