Default Brief Lap Dance

Hello Guys,

Firstly really appreciate the great work you guys are doing - keep it up.

Alright here we go: a few days ago I had a lapdance during which I very briefly (5-10 seconds) licked her breasts & nipples & rubbed her vagina (again very briefly for 5-10 seconds and she still had her underwear on). The dance continued for a few minutes and I then rubbed her breasts with my hands and again I very briefly licked her breasts & nipples again. It was just meant to be a bit of harmless fun but now I'm feeling really anxious about this.

I'm pretty sure these are little or no risk activities but I'm not the expert and I'm starting to feel more and more anxious day after day the deeper I look at information on the web therefore, can you please advise if:

(a) there is any risk what so ever that I could have picked up HIV or any other STD's from this episode.
(b) do i need to have any tests for HIV or any other STD's.
(c) I can continue having un-protected sex with my partner.

Thanks very much for your feedback.

Thanks
Tapio

Hello

Thank you for your post ..... and stop worrying. This is all harmless.

You've got your feelings about diseases muddled up with thoughts about whether you should have been there or not and the end result has turned into a disease.

You didn't do anything remotely dangerous or risky and you will not have acquired any diseases as a result. You are fine.

You asked specifically:-

(a) there is any risk what so ever that I could have picked up HIV or any other STD's from this episode.no - nothing happened - maybe best not to tell your mother-in-law about it (they always take things badly, mothers-in-law) - but that is not the same as having a disease. No risk = no disease
(b) do i need to have any tests for HIV or any other STD's.no
(c) I can continue having un-protected sex with my partner.yes

You can see that I'm stressing that you are fine. The reason I'm doing that is 1) you are fine and 2) to stop this anxiety growing into something unmanageable. You are fine.

best wishes, Sean

Hello Dr Sean,

Thanks for the rapid response and very re-assuring feedback. This is certainly very comforting. The mother-in-law relationship is pretty solid but this story might stretch that a little :-)

Just to close this, I want to briefly get your comments on a couple of points:

1. I have been concerned about what fluids I could have transferred from her vagina onto my hands and then (a) my penis when i went to the bathroom afterwards or (b) to her breasts with my hands and then into my mouth when licking/sucking her breasts. I guess I'm also worried about what fluids someone else could have left from earlier! I know this seems silly but.....
2. I'm occasionally getting what feels like small twinges/pains in the glands in my arms & legs etc and feeling a little bit more tired than normal + head is feeling a little fuzzy. Perhaps these are from me being a little anxious and me being super sensitive to anything that I notice with my body right now and linking everything to this event.

Hopefully your feedback to these points (combined with your excellent earlier feedback) will give me closure on this.

Thks / Tapio

Hello

Thanks for the further post.

I had factored the question re fluids etc into my original answer as that seems to be a very common theme for people.

The further information provided does not alter my view that this experience was of no risk at all to you - and therefore no risk to your current long term partner.

best wishes, Sean
