Default Doctor, help me pls

Thank you for spending time asnwering my question:

Two weeks ago, I sexed with an unknown man in a sauna. I used the condom. But my cock was not hard to put inside his anal at first. Therefore, he suggested I lie down in bed and he sat on my cock. However, I dint know that he took this opportunity to take off the condom. After 5-7 mintues I cummed and discovered that I didnt wear the condom during the intercourse.
In my case, am I likely to be infected with HIV if the man is HIV+? How big is the probability?

I am looking forwards to hearing from you.

Hello, there!
There is indeed some risk. The estimated risk of HIV infection from a single episode of insertive anal intercourse is 0.06%. It is indeed not very high, but I am afraid you should be tested. I would recommend an HIV Duo at 28 days.
Best wishes,
Jose

Thank you for your quick response.

You have mentioned the probability of the first episode, what about the second and the third one?
After the intercourse, I rushed to the spa, soaked and washed my cock carefully (about 10 minutes) and then I washed it with the soap. Will it reduce the risk?

Anyway, I will have DUO after the four weeks. I have done DUO before. Is it easy to access DUO at clinic? (Sorry for this stupid question).

Hello, again!
The risk is multiplied by the number of encounters; the more unprotected encounters, the more the risk and it is exponential. There is no evidence that washing your penis with soap and water, would reduce the risk of infection, as the infection would occur at the time of intercourse. HIV Duo test are more readily available in more and more NHS GUM clinics in the country, but you obviously need to ask them. We certainly offer it in our clinic.
Best wishes,
Jose
