Duo Test Result

Dear Doctors

3 weeks ago I had a Duo test at your clinic and was relieved to receive a negative result. In the last week however I have started to have headaches, sore throat, sore neck. Is the result conclusive and this is just coincidence and can I now stop thinking about it? I haven't had any other encounters in the last 3 months .
