Default Fingering Again

Hi, I had an episode with a woman who masturbated herself prior to fingering my anus. Not sure of intervening time, Does this pose any risk for any STD and if so what would you suggest I get tested for ?

I understand from previous posts that this incident poses no risk of HIV and that I do not need to get tested for this except for peace of mind - am I correct ?

Thanks

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
The main risks in this instance would be those of anal Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea, and you would need an anal PCR swab for these. Other than that there are no other risks, and certainly not HIV. The only justification for a HIV test would be for your peace of mind.
Best wishes,
José

Hi Jose

Thanks for your advice, had the appropriate anal swab taken, negative for both !

Is this test conclusive ? the only reason I ask is that I have developed what I think is termed "puritus ani" No discharge or blood just the itching and some pain. Should I conclude this is being caused by something else ?

Thanks

The PCR swab is highly sensitive and very reliable. Your symptoms are most likely to be related to something else, such as a fungal infection, haemorrhoids or even a fissure. You should be checked by a doctor if symptoms persist.
Best wishes,
José
