foreplay risk?

i know that its a silly question but i cant help asking this...sorry...because i had OCD for 3 years

is there any risk of getting hiv touching the vagina with penis?...rubbing and back & forth like things... absolutely theres no penetration just rubbing or abrasing...

I think there is probably a very small risk - but one persons rubbing might be another persons penetration - so its difficult to say.

Be careful and use condoms for genital to genital contact.
