Default Help me!!

Hi Dr Sean
9 weeks ago i went to see a male sex worKER, we merely kissed and gave each other handjobs, however we were fully naked and did not have condoms on, as far as i remember his penis did not enter my bottom, although this was my 1st time i cannot be 100% sure as the day before i plucked the hair around my bottom and inside my bottom with my hand so it could be his penis did enter and i did not feel it, as when you pluck your hair your buttock does become wide for a week or so, however the doctors tell me as this was my 1st time i would have 100% defintely felt it 6 hours after the exposure i went home i began to feel pains on the right side of my stomach, the next day the pain started on the left side of my stomach and my spleen i was also felt extremly tired, this pain continued for 3 days and it is only then i began to get worried i might have hiv, on the 8th day of exposure i started getting pains all over my body,, i also began feeling really cold even though it was boiling hot outside, these pains lasted for approx 3 days, i also developed a rash near my stomach, (small red dots i have developed pins and needles, which after i sit down after a few mins i experience severe pain, i cannot sleep at night completely even when i do for a few hours approx 2 hours i get really bad nightmares,. also after the 7th of exposure i developed dioherrea which has been ever present since, after every meal i have to go to the toilet and all the food just comes out, within 2 weeks i lost huge amount of weight, from a size large i have gone to a small, i have lost all muscle
have had severe blurred vision which has not gone away severe pins & needeles severe fatigue severe weight loss, mostly muscle my heartbeat starts pumping I get out of breath like I'm going to have a heartattack a rash on palms, which when my hands are faced down I get these White dots I also now have chronic diorehea mouth ulcers which don't go away. have had HIV antiboday test at 7, 17, 31, & 49 days & viral load test at 35 days all negative but my symptoms are still there. I have a weak immune system generally as I suffer from ibs, but is 7 week test likely to change at 12 even if I have a weak immune system. I currently have 20 days left for it to be 3 months but the wait Is agony Is there any test I could do to speed things up like a DNA test? with all these symptoms commong after a sexual encounter it surely is HIV.
Would the multiplex pcr test give me a definitive answer @ 9 weeks 4 days?
Also doc most of the symptoms I have seem to fall under autonomic neurothapy, which is from HIV. I feel really scared Doc

Default Sexual Health - help me

Hello

You clearly do not have HIV. You didn't do anything to get it, the tests are negative and it is simply impossible that you would have had penetrative sex without noticing.

NoI currently have 20 days left for it to be 3 months but the wait Is agony this is ridiculous rubbish - you were not exposed, you have had umpteen tests all of which are negative - you are most definitely HIV negativeIs there any test I could do to speed things up like a DNA test?there are but we wouldn't do this for you - you are not HIV positive with all these symptoms commong after a sexual encounter it surely is HIV.absolute rubbish - you didn't have a sexual encounter - you jerked each other off - quite frankly I'd ask for my money back
Would the multiplex pcr test give me a definitive answer @ 9 weeks 4 days?you've got a definite answer
Also doc most of the symptoms I have seem to fall under autonomic neurothapy, which is from HIVno - the symptoms are rubbish and nothing whatever to do with HIV - you didn't do anything interesting or risky, you have had lots of negative tests and you are HIV negative. You do NOT need any more tests
Now stop being so silly and relax.

best wishes, SEAN

Thanks for the reply Doc, but how come I have all the symptoms prior to which I was fit as a fiddle, I have lot all muscle, severe floaters in front of my eyes, severe diorehea after ever meal, severe pins & needeles whenever I sleep or whenever I sit in any position for a few mins, I also have SEVRE fatigue, prior to which I was super active. Also I have severe gastric problems
I have done many HIV tests over the past 10 weeks which have been negative thus so far, but I have been told by a Doc that it can sometimes take 6 months to produce antibodies.
Which for me is too long of a wait especially as the pain & anguish my mum is going through seeing me in so much pain (I'm 22)

so what I want to ask is Doc will a pcr multiplex at 10.5 weeks definitely show the prescence of the virus?
As if I'm right this test does not look for antibodies but the Dna of the virus, is that right?
Doc I know this test isn't recommend so late on but for mr the wait & pain is just too much. I can't bear too see my mum crying.
Please doc your one the most experinced HIV docs in the uk, help me please.
Also can you plead leave the thread open for one more post as I paid for phone consultation with one of the docs which only lasted 8 mins.
Thank you

Hello again

Thanks for the reply Doc, but how come I have all the symptoms prior to which I was fit as a fiddle, you are generating these yourself because you are so anxious - you are not HIV positive I have lot all muscle, severe floaters in front of my eyes, severe diorehea after ever meal, severe pins & needeles whenever I sleep or whenever I sit in any position for a few mins, I also have SEVRE fatigue, prior to which I was super active. Also I have severe gastric problems
I have done many HIV tests over the past 10 weeks which have been negative thus so far, but I have been told by a Doc that it can sometimes take 6 months to produce antibodies.no
Which for me is too long of a wait especially as the pain & anguish my mum is going through seeing me in so much pain (I'm 22) well, thats great - now you're torturing your mum as well as yourself - you don't have HIV and you really need to stop this -

so what I want to ask is Doc will a pcr multiplex at 10.5 weeks definitely show the prescence of the virus? npo - it wont show the presence of the virus because you don't have it - and, as I said earlier, we wont do this for you here - you do not have HIV and the more you test the more reinforced the idea that you do becomes
As if I'm right this test does not look for antibodies but the Dna of the virus, is that right?no - it looks for the virus itself - RNA
Doc I know this test isn't recommend so late on but for mr the wait & pain is just too much. I can't bear too see my mum crying.your mum does not need to cry - you're HIV negative
Please doc your one the most experinced HIV docs in the uk, help me please.you need to think about seeing a psychiatrist or a psychologist - all of this has got so out of hand for you - but you are most definitely HIV negative and you don't need any more testing
Also can you plead leave the thread open for one more post as I paid for phone consultation with one of the docs which only lasted 8 mins.no sir, I have spoken with the doctor who spoke with you and he was as clear as I have been with you - you do not have HIV but you are insisting that you do - it simply is not possible for you.
Thank you
best wishes, Sean
