I stupidly visiting a sex worker over the weekend and now I'm worried sick. She performed oral sex and we had full penetration (condom on throughout both) but my worries come down to 3 things:
1) what are the chances the condom failed? It certainly didn't seem to when I saw it afterwards.
2) I played with her clitoris with my thumb during and I'm worried I may have put it near my mouth and/or rubbed my eye after all was said and done - does this pose a risk?(I wiped myself down with wet wipes- does this reduce the risk at all)
3) I am racked with guilt that I may infect my gf- should I be tested? We are going on holiday soon so I would need a test at 7-10 days.
I have spoken to 2 respected helplines who said zero risk but I wanted a doctors opinion. Please reply quick!
I'm sorry for the dealy - we had some technical issues with the Forum so that caused us a problem.
Your questions are:-

They tend to fail in a very dramatic way with complete rupture so if everything looked ok then everything was ok - a rare situation where "seeing is believing"
2) I played with her clitoris with my thumb during and I'm worried I may have put it near my mouth and/or rubbed my eye after all was said and done - does this pose a risk?(I wiped myself down with wet wipes- does this reduce the risk at all)again, I'd be relaxed about this - no risk at all of HIV
3) I am racked with guilt that I may infect my gf- should I be tested? We are going on holiday soon so I would need a test at 7-10 days.
well, I can't answer that for you - my view is that if you do play away from home then "one" has a responsibility to others to protect them and if that means inconvenient testing then so be it - but your sex was protected so I'm content you do not have any likelihood of an STD.
Thanks for such a quick reply doctor- its much appreciated. Playing away is not something I have done before or intend to do again I can assure you! I have no problem taking any tests as obviously my gf is main concern, that said if you are happy there is no risk of HIV/STD's, are tests still required (I was tested recently and have not cheated before). Thank you once again.
Sorry old chap but I've answered this question fully already - the moral dilemma is for you, not me.
