Hi
I contacted you about an unfortunate encounter with a female from Slovakia (who is now living in the UK) whilst on holiday. We gave each other oral sex and there was genital contact.
I’m an insulin dependent diabetic and had a HIV duo test done at 5 weeks 3 days. It was negative but since then I have developed tinnitus, very slight blotchy red rash on my palms, mild pins and needles in my hands and feet, aching shins and foamy urine. The white tongue from day 1 after exposure doesn’t seem to be clearing still with rubbery swollen lining of the mouth. It’s now 10 weeks past possible exposure. I am experiencing these symptoms to this day. My GP has done a full blood count and that was ok and checked for protein in my urine, this was also ok.
I had a urine screen at four weeks for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea and the blood test at over 5 weeks included syphilis and Hep B. Could it take longer for anti-bodies to be created?
Whatever it is, it is increasing my blood sugar which is probably creating symptoms in itself.
It was painful to urinate the next day and a few days after exposure. That has stopped now but the foamy urine persists. I have also got a fleshy bulge above and just to the left of my penis in my pelvic area. Could I have an UTI?
