Hello there ive got few concerns that i was hoping you could help me with. Its about hiv and my exposure was end of september 2010 unprotected hetrosexual vaginal.
My test results ive already had done:
28 DAYS FINGER PRICK TEST BY TERRENCE HIGGINS TRUST
35 DAY DUO TEST
8 WEEK NHS GUM ANTIBODY
10 WEEK NHS GUM ANTIBODY
12 WEEK NHS GUM ANTIBODY
16 WEEK NHS GUM ANTIBODY
17 WEEK INSTI TEST
20 WEEK DUO TEST AT FREEDOM HEALTH
24 WEEK NHS GUM ANTIBODY
ALL NEGATIVE
I also had the following tests done:
6 WEEKS HEP B SURFACE ANTIGEN AND HEP C ANTIBODY
10 WEEK HEP B SURFACE ANTIGEN AND ANTIBODY AND HEP C ANTIBODY
12 WEEK SAME TESTS AS 10 WEEKS
16 WEEK SAME TESTS AS 10 WEEKS
ALL NEGATIVE
My questions are as follows:
1) Are these test results conclusive?
2) Could lymphoma or leukemia cause a delay in hiv antibody production?
3) I ask that question because from about january to may i was getting rashes only on the side of my torso but the rashes would come and go sometimes as quick as half hour. They were petechiae rashes i found out after doing my research definately petechiae. I went to see my doctor because the last couple of times it came up it came up quite bad only on the sides of my torso still though. I went to see my doctor but by the time i got there the rash had gone( i only made the appointment 2 hours before) So i had to show him pictures id taken and the pictures did look exactly like what i was looking at but my doc thought it was fungal infection! Could this be caused by fungal infection? I haven had any rashes for about a month now! The doc prescribed me some cream for 10 days cotisone i think and something else.
4) Ive had 3 lymph nodes in my neck that according to my doctor are reactive. I only noticed them a few months ago but my doc didnt seem to concerned said that they could still be up from a past infection. The last time i was ill was a few days before xmas i got what i thought was a little dose of the flu that lasted 2 days then i was fine in myself but the nightsweats carried on for about 4 more days then stopped. My mum had it a few days after me but she was ill for about a week and only had a couple night sweats. To late to seroconvert for me at 3 months?
5) When i took my 35 day duo id recently had a back spasm quite a bad one so the nurse up the hospital told me to take diazepan, paracetamol, iburofen. Iwas taking it all twice a day for a about a week then i stopped 4 days before my test. Would any of these affest the reliability of the test or antibody production?
6) For my sins i smoke quite a bit of marijuana but am in the process of stopping. Would this cause a delay in antibody production?
7) Could a skin coloured bumpy rash on neck and jawline and just above the jaw line that didnt itch and lasted a week to 10 days be a reaction to cosmeticseven if you always use the same products?

Is there anything that could stop you producing p24? 4) the petechiae i was talking about the rash looked like pin point red and purple dots up both sides of my torso would that type of rash be caused by any of the above? 5) after looking at petechiae on the internet it said it is caused by low platelets could any of the above cause low platelets within 6 months of infection?
