i was licking a guys chest when we were mutual masterbating, and at one stage is chest tasted very salty, im worried in case he had may of cum on his chest earlier and it dried and I licked that area, would there be any risk of HIV hear?

Thank you very much for your post and apologies for the delay in the reply as we have had some software problems with the forum.
No risk at all, even in the event of having licked infected sperm as the amount would have been small and saliva neutralises the virus. Also if the sperm was dry, the virus is not viable. It sounds to me that what you licked was sweat, whcih does not carry HIV anyway.
No need to worry, no need to be tested.
