You can relax. Being sucked will not expose you to HIV, even in the unlikely event the lady you saw was HIV positive (the huge majority of female sex workers in the UK are not HIV positive).Fingering will not expose you to HIV.

Receiving unprotected oral sex will potentially expose you to other diseases such as chlamydia and gonorrhoea but not HIV.
