Default Massage Parlour

Hello, just a quick question.

I ended up at a massage parlour over the weekend,

1. I received protected oral sex (so Im guessing no need to be tested for anything in relation to this incident)

2. However 3 days prior I cut myself on my index finger tip, obviously the cut wasnt bleeding during the incident but it would have been starting to scab over... anyway I fingered her for about 30 seconds with this finger... do I need to test in relation to this? Is there a chance I can catch anything?

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
From the point of HIV, there is no need to test at all in relation to both incidents. No risk of HIV infection at all whatsoever.
However you should be tested for Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea as these are commonly contracted through receiving oral sex.
Best wishes,
José

Hi, yes I test regular for chlamydia for ghon throughout the year so I know its important to check, but I meant through this single episode am I right in saying 'I dont need to be tested for this specific incident as the oral sex was protected'?

2. My next question is a bit complicated and not related to the exposure above, I have a new job for over 2 month and have found no time to visit sti clinic.... so I decided to buy a home test I found online... the website looks legitimate but I would like your opinion... I know the results are not going to be 100% accurate and that a follow up at my local gum clinic when i get time, but for syphillis, hep b,c chla, ghon... would the test i did (shown on the link below) be a good indicator as to my sti status at this moment in time... I tested negative for all inside the window period. I dont normally engage in risky activity this was a one off....

Thank you ever so much for taking your time to read this

If the oral sex was protected, no risk at all whatosever and no need to get tested.
Regarding the on-line test, I am afraid that I cannot comment as I am not familiar with it.
Best wishes,
José
