Please help doctor! I am really paranoid with my current situation. About 4 weeks ago, i had a body to body massage with one of the thai masseur at her mid 20s. Basically my whole body was oiled. At one point, she rub her vagina against my genital for probably 30 seconds. Which there will be vagina secretion on my shaft, right after that she started playing with my genital and it ended up with a masturbation till the end.
I was talking to a doctor friend of mine today. He was saying that if there's secretion on the penis and it is used in masturbation, there's a risk in contracting it. Since it got in contact with the mucosa of the penis gland. Another reason he gave its, during masturbation there might be a abrasion or the vagina secretion will enter through the penile hole.
My question is -
1) After 3 weeks of exposure - i had an ulcer in my throat? can a swollen lymph node be very visible?
2) if the masseur if infected by hiv +ve, is there any risk of the of me getting infected by it?
3) Is there a chance that the vagina secretion can enter through my penile hole or through the gland of the penis?

These things are not the same - ulcers tend to be inside whereas lymph nodes tend to be outside - I doubt the ulcer is significant in any way at all

I suppose if we were being really pessimistic and assumed that this lady was HIV positive then there might be a faint chance - but actuall I don't believe it represents a risk to you

Again, yes if we were being very miserable and pessimistic that might be imagined but the likelihood of her being HIV positive is small and the further likelihood of her passing sufficient amounts of virus on to you would be tiny. You may wish to consider the issue of other much more commonly transmitted STD's such as chlamydia. I am not at all convinced there was a significant risk of HIV.
Just vetting my frustration: life has become too complicated - you don't have anal/vaginal sex, not even oral sex, and you still end up worrying about HIV and other STDs! Seems that unless you are a doctor you can never have sex and enjoy it today!

- Referring to the answer above, what i really meant is that i have an ulcer in my throat after 3 weeks at the same time i felt like there's slight swell at my neck both side, i felt abit weird as i turn my neck to 1 side. The question refers to both of my situation. Based on your experience dealing with so many HIV patients how does a lymph node symptom suppose to be? how should it be or is it very visible? What is the most common symptoms?

- As i have read around some said that virus doesn't live very long out there, some even say if the virus is outside the body it will no longer will be active to spread due to sudden change of temperature and putting at the worst case scenario even if she's hiv +ve there would be hardly anymore virus to be spread if it would to enter through the penile hole or the mucosa. Please enlighten me on this scenario. Furthermore what would be the tiny/faint chance that i will be infected?
I am at 1 month after exposure now, the hospital told me is a 3rd Generation Elisa. If i would to take the test, should i take the test now or should i wait until 6 weeks?
