From what you have said I do not believe that there is any risk at all of HIV transmission even if the other man were to have it which is unlikely.

There is a possibility of transfer of other STD's such as gonorrhoea, chlamydia, herpes etc through tongue to anal contact. You might want to consider that and have some STD tests etc to rule that out.
