Number of symptoms.

I had unprotected sex while on holiday, a couple of days after i had small red spots on the tip of my penis, they got worse and worse and eventually cleared up. A week after i got back red marks started to appear on my penis but just below the tip of it and i found that showering would make them disappear but now i have these red marks and they don't seem to be clearing. They are quite sensitive but are not giving me any problems unless i touch them. I now have a very sore throat and have been getting sore heads and runny noses. I'll be visiting a health center on Monday but i wanted to try and get an idea of what is going before i go.

These red marks are almost as if its bleeding but its not.

I suspect nothing much is happening. The spots sound innocent enough and you are doing the right thing which is seeing a doctor about them.

It's very unlikely from what you describe that you have an STD.
