Pearly Penile Papules

I am sorry if I am posting in the wrong place for this question.
Anyhow I have PPP and about 4 weeks have had them removed by co2 laser.
The doctor did miss some . Anyway i got a blowjob off a girl and could still feel some of the nerve endings being painful. The next day i noticed a new row of about 6 in a different spot on my penis glan. So my question is if PPP can become inflammed and form in new places on the penis or if it is an STD.
The white bumps do look like the other PPP that i had before. I have no itchyness or pain down there.
It has been about 3 days now and they dont seem to be going away. Please help!

Hello,

I think its very likely these few were just missed and do not represent an STD.

They will be very sensitive after being destroyed by laser etc.

I think unlikely that anything terribly significant.
