Protected oral

Hi

I recently had protected oral from a transgender in a Thai massage parlour. I was not aware he was transgender until after the event.

The masseur masturbated me for a while before putting on a condom and performing oral on me until ejaculation. I removed the condom and it was intact. I do not believe the masseur's mouth went below the rubber line.

What is my risk of having acquired any STD from this encounter? In the cold light of day I am rather worried about this, especially regarding syphilis or herpes, but of course for HIV and Hepatitis too (or anything else). How likely is it that I have caught something? If likely, when and what should I get tested for?

I think you should relax. The prospect of you acquiring anything in the scenario you describe is just too remote. I don't believe you were/are at risk of anything.

You do not need to test.
