Default Risk

Hello.

I wanted an assessment of my STD risk and wonder if you can give me some guidance / reassurance.

I've visited a number of CSW over the past few years, 3 years ago I had protected intercourse a couple of times but then was worried about HIV. I had two INSTI tests 30 days and 3 months and an HIV DUO. I then just had hand relief or protected oral on all future visits. I then contracted bacterial meningitis in October 09 and was given a further HIV test on the NHS which again was negative.

I subsequently have seen a few more CSW for hand relief, my worry is that the two of the previous CSW have put my penis in their mouth as I've been ejaculating only for a few seconds as I pulled out quickly. One of the CSW also french kissed me for about 15 seconds before I stopped her.

I'm now concerned again about STD's and if I should be tested. Please could you offer me some guidance?

Do you also know of any confidential free counseling as I need to stop visiting CSW's and it seems to be a habit hard to break and I need to sort this element of my life out!

Thanks

Default STD and HIV risk

Hello

Thank you for your posting.

It does sound as though actually everything is ok from an STD testing point of view.

My approach to this sort of question though is that if you are worried then the best thing to do is to retest and have a clean sweep through all the tests.

I think though as I say that the STD issue seems sorted from my point of view. The bacterial meningitis is entirely unconnected and it is a routine to test for HIV in these circumstances.

I'm afraid I don't know of any free counselling for sex worker / sex addictions. There is a very good service run by I believe someone called Robert Hudson - I may have that wrong as I don't have his details immediately to hand. I believe he operates out of Cavendish Square in London. I have good reports from people in similar circumstances who have managed to give up something they find uncomfortable or unpalatable.

Best regards, Sean
