It is unlikely that a female sex worker in the UK would be HIV positive - some are obviously, but the majority not.
In the circumstances you describe I would estimate your risk as very minimal.
I do not blieve you have put yourself at risk because 1) it is unlikely that she was HIV positive and 2) even if she were to be then the episode was so brief and uncertain that again I don't belive this poses much of a threat.
