Hello

I have a query I need to make which is worrying me so much. Last Saturday I was in Poland and i hired a girl to my room. She gave me a blow job with lasted about 10 mins.

It was unprotected and i cummed in her mouth and she swallowed. I am now really worried that i contracted HIV as she must be doing this with all her clients.

What are my risks? What test do I need to do and when?

I can post this in your site and pay but did not manage to understand how to do it. I am not registered.

Hello John,
Thank you very much for your post and welcome to our forum.
Receiving a blow job does not involve any risk of HIV infection. There is a possible risk for the person actually performing the oral sex (especially if there is ejaculation in the mouth) but not for the person receiving it (like yourself), even if the lady was indeed HIV positive. Therefore there is no need for you to worry about HIV; you do not need to get tested.
However there have been other possible risks for you in this sexual encounter: Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, NSU, Herpes, Syphilis. These are the kind of STDs that you need to be tested for.
Best wishes,
José

Thank you very much for your clear answer.

Is there an all in one test for the risks you mentioned? What is its name?

John

Not as such. You can get tested for Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea by having a urine test (PCR or NAAT), a swab might detect NSU. These can be done already after one week. Syphilis can be tested with a blood test after 4 weeks. I would not recommend testing for herpes unless you get symptoms: painful blistery rash.
Best wishes,
José

in my case you identified certain risks but not HIV. What are the consquences if one of these viruses is in me and i do not take cure?

They are all mainly bacteria, easily treated with antibiotics. If left untreated, apart from infecting other people, could cause complications including fertility problems, infections in testicles, prostate, etc.
Best wishes,
José
