I suffer from a skin condition involving (white-headed) red spots mainly on the thighs - these presumably contain fluid and have burst on occasions - and increased itching which may cause me to scratch in other areas including that around the penis.
Apparently the skin condition is of no concern in itself.
However, I must admit I enjoy receiving body-to-body massage at fully licensed massage parlours. I post this in good faith that this is not illegal or offensive to anyone who may be reading.
1) Am I more vunerable to std's should the (undressed) lady briefly straddle my thighs, as per a previous thread?
2) Is there a significant risk of contracting std's whilst receiving body-to-body massage, as the lady's genitals may rub against the affected areas, (and/or my own genitals)?
3) My research suggests that some of the ladys also work as escorts and offer personal services elsewhere. Should I be particularly concerned if the lady receives/gives unprotected oral in that capacity, (and potentially HPV/HSV I/II)?
4) Is it more, or less important that the ladys or their agencies advertising escort services state that GUM exams are attended monthly and would these detect the above?
I agree the skin condition you describe sounds of little importance in a medical sense on its own. Obviously you may feel it is unattractive but it sounds innocent enough.
With reference to your questions there seem to be two themes. The first is in connection with direct body to body contact between you and one of the ladies, particularly genital to your skin.
I don't believe this will present any tangible risk at all of you acquiring an STD.
The second point relates to the possibility of acquiring STD's via oral sex either performed by or on you. There is a potential hazard here of you acquiring any STD which she may have in her mouth or vagina. Those will commonly include gonorrhorea, chlamydia, herpes, etc. Obviously this does require the lady to actually have these conditions in the first place. If she does not then clearly you will not acquire them. I have seen two cases of oral chlamydia and three of oral gonorrhoea in this last 7 days so it is relatively common.
The STD testing you refer to is general good housekeeping in this particular profession but gives you only limited protection as if the lady performing oral sex on you acquired an infection the day before then there is a good chance she will pass that on.
