Question spots on chest

I recently had a full STD check-up with you after having un-protected oral and protected vaginal intercourse (for a few seconds) with a sex worker. During the evening I was also in a bath with another sex worker and another male friend - but not sexual activity.

All tests came back negative (HIV, Syphyliss, Herpes, etc)

However I still have the following concerns:

1) The encounter was in the early hours of the 19th of September (approx 4 or 5 in the morning). I was tested for HIV on the 16th of October at approx 11:00. I calculate that from 04:00 or 05:00 onwards on the 16th of October should be considered the 28th day. Are my calculation correct or have I tested too early. Do I need to have another HIV DUO test?
2) It is now the 31st of October and lots of spots have started to appear on my chest (which I did not have before) and I have an ulcer on my tongue - could this be symptoms of HIV?
3) What are the possibilities of my test results getting mixed up with someone elses so that I have received a false negative.
4) This next question may sound really paranoid however I need to ask. I did not see whether the needle to take by blood sample came from a sterilized pack and I am now worried if there is a possibility that my blood sample could have been taken with a previoulsy used needle and therefore infected me.

Please let me know your thoughts.

You do not need another test.

Not related to the episode you are concerned about.

None.

Yep, really paranoid and completely ridiculous.

You need to get a grip. Your indiscretion was just that-an indiscretion. This is turning now into ridiculous madness.

best regards, Sean
