Hey dr's I am a little confused as to what happened to me and my situation is unique.
I recently hooked up with a girl from the internet who I believed was just a hot asian woman. She gave me a blowjob and everything was fine. She told me to put a condom on and lie back. At this point it was revealed that she was in fact a transexual. I did not know what to do and I will admit it is my fault that I did not stop it at this point. At some point she ejaculated on my stomach and after about 3 minutes she noticed I had not cum and got off. She wiped her semen off my stomach and without warning she pulled the condom off and blew me again but inserted her fingers into my ass. I am not sure if there was in fact semen on them or not but there is a large possibility that there was. Following exposure I developed the following symptoms
2-weeks= persistent white coating on tongue which lasts to the day accompanied by dry mouth which lasted up to the point of my HIV duo result.
3 weeks after- sore throat which has lasted to the day.
5 weeks after- 1 swollen lymph node in my neck completely painless
6 weeks after- swollen lymph nodes under my jaw as well in addition to the previously enlarged lymph node on my neck. Night sweats nights. Sinus infection with massive congestion as well as chesty cough. temperature of 37.5 which only comes on at night (temp is 36.7 during the day).
Here is a summary of my testing to date
24 day HIV duo=negative
35 Day HIV duo=negative
41 Day Antibody=negative
My concern is that the second round of symptoms may have been missed by the antibody test. I also think it is strange to have multiple swollen lymph nodes in neck during the normal flu (which is what my doctor says this likely is).
What is your take on the situation. I am currently awaiting the results of my 45 day HIV duo which I feel would be conclusive.

You might think that your situation is unique, but encounters like yours are probably more common than you think.
From the description of the events, I can assure you that you did not put yourself at risk of HIV infection. This is conformed by the negative HIV Duo test that you had after 28 days. They were final and fully conclusive. Your symptoms have absolutely nothing to do with HIV either. You are fine, you do not need to have any further tests.

So you have never heard of anyone contracting HIV from having semen inserted into their anus on fingers? Sorry I am so paranoid, the situation just perturbed me a little bit as most of it was beyond my control. So given the information I have told you it would be alright to get back together with my ex girlfriend and have unprotected sex without any more tests? I had a full STD panel at 24 days and everything was negative. I just don't want to hurt anyone. A five week negative has never been overturned in your clinic has it?
