Default ulcers

Dear Sirs,

I had an unprotected oral sex relationship 6 months ago with a girl at a massage club (she performed oral sex on me and I ejaculated inside her mouth). On the second day , I had some pain in my penis especially when urinating , i went to a specialist and done some urine test who came normal . After around 2 weeks , the pain was reduced by around 90% however i undertook another urine test and a chlamydia test (as advised by my doctor) and all results were noraml again.

After 3 weeks,I started feeling some pain in my legs (joint) , pain in my stomach (diarreha for 2 days) , pain in my eyes , soaring at nights and an unjustified fatigue (are they early signs of HIV ?) , I was terrified from the idea so I went to another clinic and advised to do an HIV test , this was on the 19th of January i.e. after 25/26 days from the unprotected oral sex . I have done a duo test which results came in the second day negative , I have done also an RAN PCR test which results came after 2/3 days as normal (not detectable) . However , I had still experienced a lot of pain in my muscles (hands, neck and legs) + small fever from time to time.

Earlier this month, I performed another test HIV 1 & 2 + p24 which came "normal result" , however , I am still experiencing a continuous headache, fast heart beat (not always), some pain in my shoulders and repetetive ulcers (I had 2 weeks ago a couple in my mouth and currently I have 1 on my tongue and additional 2 in my mouth) with some noise coming from my stomach.

Please can you advise on the accuracy of the tests and the syptoms still witnessed (especially ulcer) mentioned above noting that before this relationship , I used to have a very healthy health.

Thank you

Hello

Thank you very much for posting.

You've asked:-

I had an unprotected oral sex relationship 6 months ago with a girl at a massage club (she performed oral sex on me and I ejaculated inside her mouth). On the second day , I had some pain in my penis especially when urinating , i went to a specialist and done some urine test who came normal . After 3 weeks,I started feeling some pain in my legs (joint) , pain in my stomach (diarreha for 2 days) , pain in my eyes , soaring at nights and an unjustified fatigue (are they early signs of HIV ?) ,no sir, deifintely not I was terrified from the idea so I went to another clinic and advised to do an HIV test , this was on the 19th of January i.e. after 25/26 days from the unprotected oral sex . I have done a duo test which results came in the second day negative , I have done also an RAN PCR test which results came after 2/3 days as normal (not detectable) . Please can you advise on the accuracy of the tests and the syptoms still witnessed (especially ulcer) mentioned above noting that before this relationship , I used to have a very healthy health. The tests you've had so far establish beyond any doubt at all that you do not have HIV - most definitely not. I can't tell you what these symptoms etc are but they are definitely not HIV

Best wishes, Sean
