Hello and thank you so much for any advice and for having such a wonderful forum. I recently had penetratvie vaginal sex with an eastern european escort in London. There was light kissing and I touched the outside of her vagina with my hand. I wore a condom during penetration, which remained intact, and there was no oral sex. I am a bit of a hypochondriac but should I be tested for HIV or any other STIs? Also, she used a lot of lubrication. Is there any risk of syphilis from touching? Thanks much.

From the description given, I can assure you that you have not put yourself at risk of any sexually transmitted infection, and certainly no risk at all of HIV infection.
You practiced safe sex, and that does not put you at risk. Kissing and toucing the vagina is safe! No risk of syphilis from touching either.
