Default Very very worried

Dear Dr's,

I know what I will write is totally crazy but thanks god that I have found your site I think that you are totally honest of what will you write and tell me so I will 100% rely on what will you say.
Now, I will explain my status:

I had an oral sex with a girl in which the girl gave me blow job and I have come in her mouth. After two days I had a hand job with another girl (only hand job and there was no condom on my penus and she kissed me on my breast). Later on, (after 5 days) I had both virginal sex and anal sex with the first girl and it was safe (with the condom). The second girl was a sex worker while the first one was not. The problem starts after I have read about the HIV in the net which really made me crazy. Then this what happened, I have done the below tests (all are P24 combo tests):
After 19 days and it was negative.
After 21 days and it was negative.
After 27 days (I made the test in two places) and it was negative.
After 33 days and it was negative.
After 42 days and it was negative.
And finally, after 45 days and it was negative too (the doctor this time show me the result which was 0.16).
To give full explanation I will say that: I am from Saudi Arabia and I made both actions in Bahrain. The first girl was from Bahrain while the second girl was from Indonesia. Also, I am married and have a child. Since the last episode, I always do the safe sex with my wife because I so worried about her.

Now, the problem is that reading and reading made me so confused and so worries. Will this test pick HIV II, I do not know? Will this test pick all subtypes, also I do not know.
I know that I might go to very deep questions, but this made me crazy. Now, here are my questions

1- Are those tests conclusive and should close this chapter and go ahead on my live without worrying or should I still wait and do further tests?
2- Can I have unsafe sex with my wife or should I wait more to see the results of more tests?
3- Will the last tests be valid for both HIV I and HIV II and all the subtypes?
4- Have you ever in all your live experienced any tests that swaps from negative to positive after 45 days?
5- Have you ever see any HIV positive which carries HIV II not HIV I?
6- What is your advice?

Finally, I would say that some body from my friends told me about your site which is extremely help full. Also, if you want to see me doctor it is not a problem that I can come (it is only six hours by a plane and the visa will take one day to get it). I am waiting for your kind reply.

Hello,
Thank you very much for your post and welcome to our forum.
Let me answer all your questions here below:
1- Are those tests conclusive and should close this chapter and go ahead on my live without worrying or should I still wait and do further tests?

Yes, the last three are conclusive as they have been performed after 4 weeks of the last encounter

2- Can I have unsafe sex with my wife or should I wait more to see the results of more tests?

From the point of view of HIV, yes, it is safe for you to have unprotected sex with your wife, provided that you have also tested negative for other STIs that you have put yourself at risk like Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea and Syphilis. You did not put yourself at risk of HIV anyway.

3- Will the last tests be valid for both HIV I and HIV II and all the subtypes?

HIV-2 is extremely rare anyway and antibodies would have been detectable anyway. However as mentioned above your sexual encounter did not involve any risk of HIV infection because you used a condom for penetration. Receiving oral sex and having a hand job do not put you at risk of HIV infection in the first place anyway.

4- Have you ever in all your live experienced any tests that swaps from negative to positive after 45 days?

Not with the HIV Duo test that includes the p24 antigen

5- Have you ever see any HIV positive which carries HIV II not HIV I?

Not personally as it is extremely rare and mainly found in West Africa

6- What is your advice?
My advice to you is to forget about HIV becsuse you are definitely negative. You can resume sexual intercourse without a condom with your wife provided you have been tested negative to the other common STDs.

Best wishes,
José
