Please give your advise, i'am currently working abroad and have been worried about my sexual and health in general . i went to the local doctor here and asked for a full medical check up, they took blood and urine samples and carried out full HAEMATOLOGY REPORT ect. All results can back clear . My question is would this type of medical highlight or detect any sexual desiease , or would induvidual tests be required ??? The doctor here basically said your fit and healty and i could be suffering from anxiety ... Please advise

Routine Wellman Blood Tests do not include routinely any screening for STDs. Therefore your doctor would not have been able to exclude any of these or even have an indication of one. You need specific tests for STDs, I am afraid.
