I have a quick question would Terbinafine effect the results or an HIV Test or Syphillis Test.

I was tested for HIV Test and Syphillis ~120 days after encounter with someone of unknown status.

I am a little worried that the Terbinafine (250mg once a day) that I was taking for ringworm might have effected the result.

The answer to your question is NO. Taking terbinafine does not affect the reliability of those tests. They are definitely negative. No need to worry.
