I am a 43 year old h.i.v . posative male, i am on anti-viral treatment and have one instalment of newfill facial filler with a further two to follow for the tratment of lipidostraphy.this will when completed greatly improve my hagard ill looking apearence.however due to various previous medications,twenty years of smoking in the past, and a long history of using sunbeds my skin looks sun damaged dull wrinkled and genraly tired.the new fill should help to improve my confidence and am wanting some sort of treatment to improve the fore mentioned damage and as fullly as possible have a good and healthy looking skin back.thinking towards profractional lazer ,peel or whatever is the most suitable for my full face.will these be o.k to have having had new fill ,and what else or other treatments would you recomend, and a rough idea of cost tretnent durations etc.

Thank you for your enquiry, are you having the newfill with the NHS? If you are please make sure you some good pictures taken so you can see improvements. Yes the ProFractional is a very good all round skin rejuvenation along with a combination of the MicroLaser Peel it will work well with the newfill. If you are looking for volume replacement you may be disappointed with the newfill results, and one very important message please make sure you massage your face once you have had your newfill treatment.

Thanks so much for your'e prompt and helpfull reply. the new fill course is on the n.h.s, the first one was done three weeks ago, the second to follow in three weeks. after initial swelling had subsided i was deligeted to have what closly resembled my old face, however at this stage all swelling has subsided and quite frankly now there is little difference and feel somewhat again sadened that i have the awful looking facial charictaristics back again. the glimmer of hope is that i still have two more further treatments. looking ahead ,if this still looks unsatisfactory what would you recomend?.i did have photos taken at the hospital so i will be able to filly compare.i will definatly be making an apointment re the profractional/micro peel courses with you.could you also please give me a giude of other prces for alternative face fillers the lipidostrophy is about 2 on the coruthers scale.funds are low at the moment would other face fillers be available on the n.h.s.? thanks again.

There other fillers, I will discuss these with you when you come to see me, I am away from today until the 23rd March. Please make sure that you do not get any lumps from the New fill as this will make things difficult when and if we put other dermal fillers in. Just some info for you, you are aware that the newfill is not dermal filler, saying this I mean that it does not give you volume. If you visit our website, Sub-Q page.
