Dear Lee, I read the article with Amanda Platell in the Daily Mail and was very impressed because this is what I think I'm looking for. I think the best way to describe me is a bit of a country gal. I love riding and hunting and being outdoors. My husband and I have a fantastic country estate and there's always something to do outdoors, which I love. Unfortunately, this has taken quite a toll on my face and together with ageing has left me looking a bit hagard. I did go and see a skin doctor in Brighton but was not convinced that he had my best interests at heart - seemed a bit of a scam to be honest. I love and trust Amanda Platell so you are the man I think.
Basically I have lots of sun exposure with freckles and dark spots (I'm 49). I admit I drink a little too much perhaps and I have smoked in the past but have stopped for about 5 years. My cheeks are quite hollow and I have lots of lines. I've been trying to keep out of the sun for the last few years.
We have a big event coming up at Christmas and I want to look my best. My husband is a frightful fitness fanatic who runs and cycles all the time and I look awful next to him - I look like his mother! I know you can't see me but would you be able to assist if I sent a photograph?
Dear Beattie
Sounds like you are having fun but your skin is paying for it, I would suggest BBL laser to remove the sun spots, broken capillaries that come with sun damage and the past years of smoking, once we have cleared these, which will take 3 months we can then address your hollow cheeks. The cheeks can be treated with Restylane Sub-Q, once completed these will last approx 12 months.
With the lines we can incorporate some Restylane vital which is a very nice treatment that complements the finishing touches to your skin restoration, and leaves you with a very plump and youthful looking skin. One treatment for you to think about, is botox I have a very good technique which will lift your face and tighten your neck.
We can achieve the majority of the treatments before Christmas.
