Default Advice needed please

Hi there,

I don't know much about STDs etc, I visited an escort yesterday, the lady got on top of me and was wearing nothing below and started rubbing herself on my jumper.

She was kissing me on my lips (not deep but just rubbing her lips on mine for about 10-15 seconds), I had a canker sore inside my upper lip that was nearly healed but also remember biting the inside of my mouth the day before pretty hard accidentally and it was bleeding. Bleeding had stopped by yesterday but could feel that it was sore from the day before. It had swollen slightly so I guess was healing.

I remained fully dressed at all times although did touch her breasts and legs etc. I climaxed in my jeans and then left to get cleaned up.

Please please please tell me if I have anything to worry about from the above. I told my friend and he said I would get herpes on my lips. I am really scared now as I have a girlfriend and a little baby girl. I am scared to kiss my wife or the baby.

1. Could the canker sore / healing bite inside my mouth have picked up anything for her assuming she is HIV positive ?

2. Apart from HIV, have I opened myself up to catching anything else like herpes, if so, how long should I wait to get tested and should I refrain from any contact with the mrs / baby.

3. Could the bite from the day before have closed up completely as there was no bleeding yesterday simply a bit sore meaning it was not an open sore?

3. What the best testing options for me?

Many thanks in advance

Hello Tricky

You are fine and you do not need to test for HIV.

You have asked:-

1. Could the canker sore / healing bite inside my mouth have picked up anything for her assuming she is HIV positive ? You will not pick up HIV through being kissed - does not occur - you are fine

2. Apart from HIV, have I opened myself up to catching anything else like herpes, if so, how long should I wait to get tested and should I refrain from any contact with the mrs / baby.no - all you did was kiss the lady in a very basic and not very exciting way - you are fine

3. Could the bite from the day before have closed up completely as there was no bleeding yesterday simply a bit sore meaning it was not an open sore?it could have done but its irrelevant - you will not pick up HIV from your activity

3. What the best testing options for me?you don't need to test - you are absolutely fine -

best wishes, Sean
