Default Brief Frottage Then Protected Anal

Doctors,

I'm a guy and 16 days ago I was with a transexual sex worker in the US. I gave him unprotected oral for a few minutes. Then I got on all fours and he pressed his member up against my anus -- mostly the shaft of his member in between my crack. Then for a second or two he aimed the head of his member between my crack. DEFINITELY no penetration. He is extremely well hung and there's no way he penetrated me at all (nor did he try). But I have no idea if he had precum on his penis.

He then went to put a condom on and used his own saliva to lube his protected penis. He then tried to shove his extremely large member into me and actually held me down for about 3 seconds until i managed to push him off me. there is no way he got more than 1.5 inches into me, and it didnt last for more than 3-5 seconds. I saw the condom still on him (no visible blood on it, but it was dark), and i watched him take it off. I then wiped my anus to find that there was some blood.

Questions:

1.is there any reason to be concerned since his saliva was used as lube for anal sex and because he made me bleed?

2. i have no idea if, when he was rubbing his penis against my anus, there was any precum on his penis. would this pose a risk -- the idea being that there was his precum on my anus, which he then pushed either slightly inside me when he penetrated with his protected penis or into the slight tear in my anus which he caused?

3. my urologist hhas made me nervous that saliva could pose a risk. is this true? or is it a matter of fact that saliva, even in rectum or even with some tearing of anus simply cannot be a risk?

4.my uroliogist also said that when they talk about hiv not being able to infect in the outside world, that means like after 30 minutes, not as soon as it leaves the body. your thoughts? how soon after hiv tainted fluid leaves its host is it unable to infect?

4. does the scenario i've described require testing? can i have unprotected sex with my wife now?

many thanks in advance
.

Hello,
Thank you very much for your post and welcome to our forum. I will answer all your questions here as follows:

1.is there any reason to be concerned since his saliva was used as lube for anal sex and because he made me bleed? Not at all. Saliva does not carry the virus. The brief penetration was carried out with a condom on; that is safe, even if you bleed in the attempt.

2. i have no idea if, when he was rubbing his penis against my anus, there was any precum on his penis. would this pose a risk -- the idea being that there was his precum on my anus, which he then pushed either slightly inside me when he penetrated with his protected penis or into the slight tear in my anus which he caused? That would not pose HIV risk to you either. The precum is only infectious during penetration only and not if it comes into contact with the outside of the anus. I do not think that you need to worry about this.

3. my urologist hhas made me nervous that saliva could pose a risk. is this true? or is it a matter of fact that saliva, even in rectum or even with some tearing of anus simply cannot be a risk? Saliva does not carry the virus, and therefore it is not infectious.

4.my uroliogist also said that when they talk about hiv not being able to infect in the outside world, that means like after 30 minutes, not as soon as it leaves the body. your thoughts? how soon after hiv tainted fluid leaves its host is it unable to infect?
HIV becomes unstable within seconds and dies within minutes. It need to be at the right medium and at the right temperature to be able to infect.
5. does the scenario i've described require testing? can i have unprotected sex with my wife now? From the point of view of HIV, there is no need to get tested. The only justification would be for your peace of mind. However make sure that yiou get tested for all other STDs that cna be contracted through oral sex

Best wishes,
José
