I am a perennial user of this site and seek advice on my encounters with transsexual sex workers. Here was my latest.
I received unprotected oral. I then out a condom on and gave insertive sex for 2-3 mins. I then ejaculated in the condom. I went to pull out and the transsexual got angry and said she would, grabbing a napkin. She pulled it out and it was most wet. I got scared it broke and asked her. She looked at it and said of course not. I got paranoid and asked to see it. She gave it me. I went to her sink and ran it under a tap. It did not appear to have a it tear in it. One thing I noticed was a drip that came from the end. I think that could be because I wet the condom overall when I ran it over the tap. The drip then went before she went mad again. She thrust her latest std tests in front of me saying she's clean and the last test was on the 23rd feb. I left quickly after.
My questions...
How risky was my behaviors?
Does a condom break look big and very visible? Or can there be micro tears that let some seep through?
Hello Sam,
Thank you for your post.
If the condom remained in place and intact during penetration, then there is no risk and there is no need for you to worry about HIV. When a condom breaks, it rips and you would have noticed it. Therefore form what you describe, I do not believe that the codndom was broken. In the event that the condom had broken the risk to you would still be quite low as you were the active partner. In summary, PEP is not recommended.
More information regarding PEP here.
Best wishes,
José
She told me as she screamed I was paranoid, that she would have felt it had it broke. She was convinced it hadn't and thought i was mad. I could not see a tear as I examined it for a good minute before being virtually thrown out. So no tests at all?
I agree with Jose - and with the escort by the sound of things - that there was no tear and consequently there is no need for HIV testing.
But, you mention unprotected oral sex and that may carry a risk of chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis, herpes. All unlikely. You may want to think about testing for those at the appropriate time intervals.
Best regards and hopefully you will have a peacful restful long weekend, Sean
