I really need your advice for something that scares me over the past few days. 3,5 weeks ago I did the most stupid thing I df unid in my life and I still regret it. I had protected oral sex and protected vaginal sex with a sex worker of unknown HIV status. While she was giving me oral sex I touched the outside of her vagina for some seconds and at some point I licked her breasts as well. The whole episode lasted around 5 minutes and the condom was on both during oral and vaginal sex. After finishing i remember seeing my semen in the condom while removing it. I am really scared now because I know I have put myself for the first time in my life in real danger.
What are the risks of transmitting any STD diseases especially HIV from this episode if she is infected with anything? I did not had sy anymptoms so far just some dry cough and nose running 2 days after the episode that lasted for around 5 days. I am really horrified and I cant stop thinking of it. I am also planning or having a duo test next week at your clinic

After reading your detailed description of your sexual encounter, I can assure you that there was no risk of STDs, and certainly not of HIV, as it was protected, both for penetration and for oral sex. Touching a vagina and licking breast does not pose any risks. Therefore there is no need for you to be tested. More information here on HIV risks.
