Default EXtremely worried HIV please help

Hello, please i need your advice.

The day before y'day i had sex with a man i met and chattted withn on internet. We are both only into safer sex, strict about that, as it was condition of him and me, He penetrated me with dildo and penis both with condoms and plenty gel. He also put a nipple clasp on me and this was the problem as it was too tight. It rubbed really tight. The bottom of my nipple is now really sore and raw actually. But from what i can see there is no evident blood. I checked my clothes, t shirt i weas wearing that day and shirts since and no evident sign of blood. But maybe 2 days later it is a bit late to checking this. This morning i saw on tip of nipple a tiny spot and when i put tissue paper on it, a small spec of blood. What came into contact with this, no sperm for sure as he came in condom, but saliva. Was the clasp clean? I know he has met other guys, obviously, i wasnt the first. At least the same day, he hadnt met anyone else and i am thinking even if it wasnt clean, if there had been anything on it any virus would have died in open air at least in few hours before. But i am really worred and dont know what to do. Could this be a way to ahve caught HIV. Anything else i could live with as i know i could get treatment. All my vaccinations are up to date for hepatitus etc. Have i put myself at risk of HIV and what do i do. Please help me as i am extremely worried. Thanks in advance....

Hi, there!
No, you have not put yourself at risk of HIV at all. Saliva does not carry HIV and even if the used intrument in question had been contaminated with blood or sperm, HIV would not survive more than a few minutes outside the body.
No need to be worried at all whatosever.
Best wishes,
Jose
