Hello Mr. Doctor, I apologize for English.
My question> 1, oral intercourse man and man. Not without ejaculation. INSTI test 5 months after exposure. Negative. May I stop worrying? I am at a loss

Hello,
The chances of contracting HIV through receiving oral sex is zero, and negligible through performing oral sex, higher with ejaculation in the mouth. Therefore your HIV risk would have been very low, especially not knowing the status of the other man. This is confirmed by the negative INSTI test at 5 months, which is final and fully conclusive. You can rest assured that you are HIV negative without any doubt.
Best wishes,
José
