help me plz iam scared from hiv

I had sex with a woman once without condoms and I'm afraid of being infected


1-I have a test done for HIV-RNA-PCR after 35 days and after 4 days, the answer is negative


2-I also have a test done the HIV1/2-AK AND HIV P24 after 56 days and after 3 days, the answer is negative

3- My question Is this sufficient period 100% that I do not need to do the examination after three months I would give me a definite answer
