Default HIV risk

Hi doc
here is my case.
6 weeks i went for karaoke and there are prostitutes going around from room to room.
While i have very dry skin on my fingers and the skins were peeling off (no bleeding), i touches on the prostitute and when i touch on her panties, it was wet. i think it was the vagina fluids. also i kisses on her cheeks, body and lips for a few times as well(not french kissing). These protitutes wondering from room to room and i think some other ppl were fingering her and touches all over her body with her fluids.
6 weeks have passed and i have all this symptoms since the third days after the event:
diarrhea (water stool) since 3rd day till now,
rashes on 6th day,
been feeling chilled since 3rd day
enlarged lymph node on armpit on 9th day,
enlarged lymph node on the neck under the chin, ulcer in the mouth after 2 weeks,
mild fever occationally after 4 weeks,
n now i have rashes on my back twice in a week. the second time was burning and itchy.
even now when i scratches on my arm, small blood spots will appear under my skin.
i have elisa test on 9th day and it was negative. Please advice me what should i do.. thank you

Hello. There is no HIV risk here at all. The ELISA test on the 9th day shows that you were HIV negative before this encounter but shows nothing about the encounter itself. You are not at risk of HIV and you do not need any more tests. Best wishes, Sean

Thnx very much dr. Sean.
It got me so worried throughout the 6 weeks as i have seen in some website stated that the virus can pass through broken skins and all my symptoms were so alike. And i thought Elisa test on the 9th day is not accurate at all?

Hey doctor,

I am not sure if u receive my reply as i m posting it twice.
As i am having too many symptoms that is alike with hiv, it realli worries me and i couldnt sleep everynight, have been feeling sorry to myself as if it is end of the world.
I have read through some of the other websites that you could be affected by hiv through broken skin with the vagina fluids. Am i right? Though it is not direct contact from the girl's private part itself but the undies. Should i take another hiv test again? thnx very much.

Hey dr
i am sorry to bug you again but this things had really drive me insane. I have had fever and rashes still which look like the hiv rashes after looking at the internet photo. I was wondering if it is possible to send a sample of my blood to your clinic for hiv duo testing and i can make the payment through credit card etc? I am from asean country and there are no hiv duo testing available at here yet.

Good morning. You can't do that I'm afraid. Customs etc would intercept and destroy the sample. That said, there is no risk so you do not need to test. You do not have HIV. Relax and forget it. Best wishes, Sean
